Hi, I’m Michelle — founder of Botanika and the sole treatment provider here.

Now in my 27th year in the beauty industry, and with more than 15 years spent educating beauty professionals across Australia and overseas, I’ve created a space that blends deep experience with a modern, intuitive approach to beauty.

At Botanika, every treatment is carried out by me — one-on-one, without distraction. No passing between therapists, no noisy waiting rooms — just calm, personalised care in a space that’s been thoughtfully designed to help you feel comfortable, grounded, and seen.

My services reflect what I’ve come to value most: quality over quantity, intention over trend. I offer structured nail appointments, slow beauty rituals, and a select range of treatments that allow me to work efficiently while still honouring the need for rest.

My Diploma in Holistic Beauty and Wellness, alongside my lifelong interest in alternative therapies, has led me to blend traditional beauty techniques with ancient practices drawn from the Far East — including aromatherapy, Ayurvedic principles, and herbal medicine. These threads are subtly woven through every treatment I offer.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll often find me in the garden, hands in the soil, or reading about plants, oils, and natural remedies. I’ve always believed that beauty and wellbeing go hand in hand — and that belief is infused into everything I do here at Botanika.
