Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee

A $50 booking fee is required to secure all new client appointments. After booking, a payment link will be sent to you via email and SMS. Payment is required within 24 hours or your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Your booking fee is deducted from your total on the day.

The booking fee is non-refundable within 24 hours of your appointment. Outside of 24 hours, it can be transferred to a future booking.

Cancellations & Reschedules

24 hours notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.

Outstanding fees must be settled before a future appointment can be booked.

Children & Age Requirements

Children are not permitted in the studio at any time. If you arrive with a child, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.

Treatments are not performed on clients under 16 years of age.

Emergencies

If you need to cancel due to a personal or medical emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll work through it together.
